Team Building to Transcend Oneself—YouChange Carried out Outward Bound Activity

From June 4 to 6, YouChange team launched its 12th team building activity in suburban district of Huairou, Beijing. The first two days of team building were quite challenging to all participants. On the morning of June 6, Mr. Duan Defeng, a star in the philanthropic community and the media, and Mr. Yang Boning, senior director of public relations and social responsibility of NBA China, were invited to give a lecture on brand management and media relations. In her concluding remarks, YouChange Chairperson Wang Ping stressed that as a young organization YouChange need to strengthen its awareness of brand management and promoting the brand of YouChange should be the second nature of every staff member. Department of Communications and External Relations should be responsible for brand management of YouChange and come up with a plan of brand management as quickly as possible.
