YouChange-Cisco Workshop on Social Enterprise held

A special workshop was held by YouChange and Cisco jointly in Beijing Yintai Center on the afternoon of May 20. Mr. Thomas Lin, Vice Global President of Cisco and Vice Chairman of its China operations attended the event and discussed with social entrepreneurs in Beijing on institutional development of social enterprises. Mr. Lin put forward his analysis and suggestions in the discussion. The workshop provided an opportunity for dialogue and interaction between a businessman and social entrepreneurs as well as between the business community and the philanthropy sector.

This workshop, one of a series of events, was part of YouChange’s efforts to strengthen capacity building for social enterprises. YouChange Secretary General Gan Dongyu concluded the event and thanked Mr. Lin for his targeted guidance and suggestions for participating social entrepreneurs.
